HOW TO USE OUR LAUNDRETTE
Choose Your Machine
Walk in and pick the washer that matches your load size. Not sure? Check the capacity labels on each machine, or ask our friendly staff, we’re always happy to help you choose.
Load, Wash, and Relax
Load your clothes into the machine, add your detergent (or grab some Persil from us), select your cycle, and let the machine do the work! Feel free to sit back, use our Wi-Fi, or pop next door for a coffee.
Dry and Go
When the washer beeps, transfer your clothes to a dryer. Select your drying time (we recommend 20-30 minutes for most loads) and press start. Once done, your laundry will be perfectly dry, warm, and fresh. Fold and head home, you’re done!
A Few Tips to Make Your Visit Even Easier
Before You Arrive
Sort your laundry at home into whites, colours, and delicates – this makes loading much quicker when you arrive. Check all pockets for tissues, coins, and pens (we’ve all been there!). If you have heavily soiled items, consider doing a separate wash for those.
What to Bring
You don’t need much, just your laundry and a contactless card. Detergent is available here if you forget yours. You can bring laundry in any bag: a basket, holdall, bin bags, or even a suitcase. We provide plastic laundry bags if you need one.
While You’re Here
Please be considerate of other customers. Remove your laundry promptly when the cycle finishes so others can use the machines. If you need help operating a machine or have questions, our team is always here and genuinely happy to assist, especially if it’s your first time!
