Dry Cleaning
From suits and overcoats to dresses, duvets, and delicate fabrics, our dry cleaning service removes dirt, refreshes fabric, and preserves the look and structure of each item.
What It’s Suitable For
Clothing and home items that require special care and cannot go through a standard wash. Ideal for:
• Suits (2-piece / 3-piece)
• Blazers, coats, cardigans
• Evening dresses, skirts, and delicate blouses
• Duvets, bed sheets, pillowcases
• Hats, scarves, ties, and other accessories
Items You Shouldn’t Include
• Clothes marked “machine wash only”
• Extremely soiled garments needing pre-treatment
• Items with irreversible damage (e.g. ink-stained or torn fabric)

Preparing Your Laundry
Place all dry clean items in a separate bag and mark anything delicate or branded to help us treat each piece with the right care.
After Cleaning
Garments are returned steamed and neatly hung. Delicate pieces are protected in covers. Folding is available upon request.
Wash & Press
Your garments are first machine-washed with care, then professionally ironed to remove creases and bring back their fresh look.
What It’s Suitable For
Everyday clothing and household items that need both a proper wash and a polished finish. Great for:

• Duvet covers, pillowcases, bedsheets

Preparing Your Laundry
Separate items for this service into a bag and let us know if you have any special fabric concerns. If you’d like colours separated before washing, please mention it.
After Cleaning
Each item is cleaned, pressed, and returned either neatly folded or hung — based on the item type. Let us know your preference at drop-off.
Pressed / Ironed
Your garments are professionally ironed to restore a smooth, tidy look — perfect for storing or wearing straight away.
What It’s Suitable For
Freshly washed items that just need ironing, including:
• Shirts and blouses
• Suits, trousers, and skirts
• Dresses, t-shirts, polos
• Light jackets and cardigans
Items You Shouldn’t Include
• Unwashed or heavily soiled clothing
• Fabrics that are too delicate or heat-sensitive
If clothes are too wrinkled or unclean, consider using our Wash & Press service.
Preparing Your Laundry
Place all ironing-only items in a separate bag. If you prefer folding instead of hanging, please request at drop-off.
After Ironing
Garments are returned neatly pressed and placed on hangers. Folding is available upon request for an additional fee.
Service Wash
Clothes are washed at 30°C and tumble-dried for a clean, fresh result. If needed, a 45°C wash is also available. Ironing is not included in this service.

Routine laundry that can safely go through washing machines and dryers. Perfect for:
• T-shirts, trousers, and underwear
• Bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels
• Most everyday home and personal laundry
Items You Shouldn’t Include
• Items labeled “dry clean only”

Preparing Your Laundry
Put everything for this service into one bag. If you prefer separate loads (e.g. lights and darks), let us know in advance.
After Cleaning
Your clothes are folded and packed into a clean bag, ready for pickup. No ironing is done unless booked separately.
Alterations
From shortening trousers and adjusting sleeves to replacing zips and buttons, our alteration service helps you get more out of your wardrobe — without the need to buy new.
What It’s Suitable For
Clothing repairs and size adjustments, such as:
• Shortening trousers, dresses, shirts, or sleeves
• Fixing hems or patching worn areas
• Zip replacements (jackets, trousers, etc.)
• Button or pocket repairs
• Curtain shortening (lined or unlined)
Items You Shouldn’t Include
• Damaged items beyond repair (e.g. torn leather or stained fabric)
• Items requiring full tailoring or custom redesigns

Preparing Your Items
Clearly mark any items that need alteration and use pins, tape, or notes to show where adjustments are required. Try to bring the item clean if possible.
After Alteration
Your items will be returned fixed, pressed, and ready to wear. We’ll contact you if any measurements or approvals are needed before we begin.
