How We Handle Your Laundry
Check and Prepare
Each item is checked for stains, sorted by fabric type and tagged. Marks are treated carefully before washing.
Cleaning Stage
Clothes are washed with high quality detergents that protect colours and fibres while removing dirt.
Finishing Touch
Everything is steamed or pressed, then returned neatly hung or folded. Delicate items are always packaged with care.
What Works Best for Wash & Press
✅ Good choices:
Shirts, trousers, blouses, cardigans, t-shirts
Bedding such as sheets and duvet covers
Everyday fabrics like cotton, polyester, denim and linen
❌ Not suitable for:
Garments marked “Dry Clean Only”
Dresses with beads or glued decorations
Leather, suede or very fragile materials
Items with heavy oil or soil that need specialist care
If you are unsure, our team can guide you, or you can choose Dry Cleaning instead.
Before Drop Off
Bring items in a separate bag. Empty all pockets, unbutton shirts and point out any stains or special requests.
After Collection
Your clothes will be fresh, neatly pressed and either hung or folded depending on the item. Let us know your preference and we will follow it.
